Another arrest has been made in connection with the March 15th shooting at Rogers Park in Beaumont that sent two to the hospital. 20-year-old Droman Baltazar, of Beaumont, was taken into custody Saturday night and charged with deadly conduct. His bond has been set at $300,00. Already jailed on deadly conduct charges are Donte Perkins, Alexander Perkins, Christopher Herring, and Javian Boykin. A deadly conduct warrant has been issued on 18-year-old Eva Williams, who was previously arrested on possession charges.
