A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed in the death of a contract worker. 32 year old Hayden Chrstopher, of Buna, died this week at Motiva Enterprises in Port Arthur. The lawsuit filed by Brent Coon & Associates in Jefferson County District Court is on behalf of Christopher’s wife and son. The suit includes a restraining order prohibiting Motiva from tampering with any evidence. The industrial fatality is being investigated by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and OSHA.
