An industrial fatality is under investigation in Jefferson County. The worker died yesterday afternoon at the Golden Pass LNG. The man died at the scene. An autopsy has been ordered by Justice of the Peace Ben Collins. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is heading up the investigation.
