Tomorrow is runoff election day in Texas. Races that were not settled in May will be decided. In Beaumont, Mayor Roy West is in a runoff with former Mayor Robin Mouton. In Port Arthur, there is a runoff for mayor between Charolette Moses and Charlie Lewis Jr. The polls will be open tomorrow from 7:00 until 7:00.
