Justice of the Peace Brad Burnett tells KLVI a third person has died following the collapse of scaffolding at the LNG facility on Highway 87 in Port Arthur. Two died at the scene this morning. Two others remain hospitalized. The contract workers are with Bechtal Energy. The investigation into what caused the collapse continues.
