A man wanted by Port Arthur police for shooting two men at a nightclub on June 30th is in custody. Earlier this week, U.S. Marshals arrested 27-year old Hebert Carnell Mouton, of Beaumont, in the Fort Worth area. Mouton is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon as both shooting victims refused to press charges.
