A Beaumont woman has been indicted on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and three counts of indecency with a child and her boyfriend is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts indecency with a child. 42-year old Patricia Ann Eglin and 51-year old Troy Fountain Howard and charged with the assaults of three children between the ages of seven and 10, that took place at Eglin’s Beaumont home in the 1300 block of Live Oak where she ran a babysitting business.
