A 16-year old Beaumont teen has been indicted for murder. Jaylean Westbrook is charged with the May 19th shooting death of Tadron Carmon. Carmon’s body was found in a car in the 4100 block of Chaison. Westbrook told detectives that Koy Dodd shot Carmon during a robbery as the three of them were in a car. Prosecutors say that Westbrook was an active suspect in the shooting and charged him with murder.
