The BISD administration is recommending closing King Middle School for the 2024-2025 school year.The school board will consider the recommendation at tonight’s board meeting. A private company, Green Dot, has operated the school due to its low accountability rating. There is also an issue of under enrollment in the middle schools across BISD. The board meets at 6 this evening.
