A Nederland man has been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury on 10 counts of
possession of child pornography. 27 year old Zachary Allen Simon was arrested this past
October. During a search warrant, Simon was in possession of numerous explicit videos
and images of child pornography on his cell phone. He faces up to 10years in prison on
each charge if convicted.
