Two men are jailed following a pursuit that started in Chambers County yesterday and ended
when the pursuing vehicle crashed. As deputies were taking the driver of the car into custody
following the initial stop, the passenger jumped into the driver’s seat and sped off. The chase
came into Jefferson County, OrangeCounty, and intoLouisiana. Both men are murder suspects
in Louisiana.
