A multiple vehicle wreck has claimed the life of a Beaumont man. Police report 29-year old
Gregorio Simaj was traveling westbound in the 5200 block of College Street when he crossed
into the eastbound lane striking an oncoming 18-wheeler. A third vehicle was involved in the
wreck. Simaj was pronounced dead at the scene.
