A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Port Arthur man for murder. 18-year old
James Earl Holloway is accused of the March 4th shooting death of Kevon Jeffery
Washington at the Lake View Apartments on Gulfway Drive. Detectives say Holloway
used women to lure Washington to the apartment complex before shooting him multiple
times.
