British mother-to-be, Gemma Nuttull, delayed chemo treatment almost 6 years ago after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of ovarian cancer at her16 week ultrasound. It ultimately cost her her life. She began treatment after the birth of her daughter Penelope. Sadly, she passed this past Sunday, Oct. 14th, 2018 at the young age of 29.
This story is a testament of why it's so important to get involved in helping awareness and raise money in the fight against cancer, be it breast cancer, brain cancer, ovarian, colon...unfortunately, the list goes on and on
