Soccer Fans Cause Earthquake After Mexico vs. Germany!!

If you thought Mexico's win against Germany in the World Cup group-stage match last night was crazy, it was actually a force of nature!! Seismologists in Mexico City have confirmed that the Mexican soccer fans have caused a small earthquake in Mexico City moments after the Mexican men's soccer team scored a goal against Germany. Although the game was played in Moscow, Russia, the earthquake was thought to have been caused artificially and could have been triggered by "mass jumping" from the fans in celebration of the goal, scored by Hirving Lozano, against the defending 2017 World Cup champion team.

Take a look at the crazy goal below!! ⬇️⬇️⬇️

That goal surely helped Mexico beat Germany 1-0 in the game and put Mexico in the number 2 spot within their group in the World Cup men's rankings. After the game, fans celebrated across Mexico City and the entire country in which over 75,000 cheering fans mobbed the city's main square after the game.

And apparently, this isn't the first time this has happened!! Another case of sports fans inducing earthquakes occurred in 2011 when Seattle Seahawks fan celebrated to a crazy 67-yard touchdown completed by Marshawn Lynch and triggered a 2.0 magnitude earthquake! Fans refer to this man-made earthquake as the"Beast Quake"!!
