A man wanted on two outstanding felony warrants by Port Arthur police is jailed. 23-year old
Frankie Cunningham was arrested yesterday in the 3600 block of 40th Street in Port Arthur.
Four pounds of marijuana and multiple firearms were found in the home. Cunningham, a
documented gang member with the state of Texas, is charged with possession of a controlled
substance and evading in a motor vehicle. Additional charges are expected.
