Port Neches police have released the name of a man that was struck and killed by a vehicle
Saturday night. 42-year old Brandon Ray Cannon, of Nederland, was walking north in the
northbound lane in the 2600 block of Highway 366 when he was hit. Cannon, who was
pronounced dead at the scene, was wearing dark clothing in a poorly lit area. No charges
have been filed against the driver.
