Taco Bell To Open The 'World’s First Slide-Thru Take-Out Window'

Sledding and Taco Bell? What more do you need?

In an effort to promote the Cheetos Crunchwrap Slider, which is exclusive to Canadian Taco Bell locations, the fast food chain is launching "the world's first-ever slide-thru takeout window." So, what's a slide-thru take out window? Well, pretty much exactly what it sounds like. A takeout window for sledders!

According to a press release, the slide-thru window will be located at the Horseshoe Resort in Barrie, Ontario, which is home a popular tubing hill. Sledders will be able to order their Taco Bell meal at the top of the hill, head down the hill on a tube, and pick up their food from a takeout window when they reach the bottom.

Veronica Castillo, head of marketing at Taco Bell Canada, says in a statement that "unique, exciting and off-the-wall events are an essential part of the recipe that makes Taco Bell what it is." The only downside? The slide-thru will only be open for one day.

If you happen to be near Horseshoe Resort on March 2 from 11:30am to 2:30pm, make sure you check out the world's inaugural slide-thru.
